It worked for me when buying the black chair, not sure if there is a minimum spend or whether it works with other items.

yeh my sis had the same problem,i think its hit or miss whever you get it,or perhaps there maybe a minuimum spend of £35 but good luck to those that get it.

Hi I had the same problem when I was ordering the Berlin Cream high back leather faced chair on Viking - but once I had placed my order I emailed there customer services and asked them if they could add the free cd to my order as I think I had done something wrong whilst checking out and the code wouldnt go through. The next day I received an email back saying "No probs we have added the CD player to your order and both items will be delivered Monday 25th Feb"

Other people on the forum have actually telephoned Viking after placing their orders and they too have had the CD player added to their orders.

Once you have placed your order wait about 20 mins then you will get a couple of emails from Viking, one of them will have your new account number within the description - you will need this if you are contacting them.

In my opinion Viking directs customer service is brilliant, when I originally ordered the chair it was showing as delivery for 10th March as the chair was on back order and I couldnt add the CD player, now the Freebie CD player has been added and both are coming nearly 2 weeks early. Brill :T

thanks i ordered it and put the code in the box at the bottom asking them if it could be added to my order fingers crossed..
we really needed a new chair out one has split
