Death!

Not a subject to be talked about!

However I have just come out of hospital after a 999/ED treatment for the second time in 15 months and my wife asked a question.

My treatment this time wasn't lifethreatening but mainly uncomfortable however the queation still stands.

Our house and mortgage are reasonably protected and my wife would be stuck with a smallish bank loan but there is another 30K on credit card debts to me personally - would my wife be liable for that if I pop my clogs?

Luv

Tony

Not personally - but she or your executors would be liable to pay it out of your estate before she saw any of it.
