You can get a Fast Card (to use in swimming pools in Basildon area) pre-loaded with ten pounds. You need to take a utility bill to prove your address, and under sixteens have to have a parent present when applying for their cards. You can get your Fast Card at swimiing pools in and around Basildon (Pitsea and Wickford)
