This link gives you access to a FREE Palm/Pocket PC/Mobile programme for finding the quickest route between 2 points on tube/tram (some)/bus (some) routes all over the world. I have been using it for a couple of years and get regular updates. You only need to load individual towns on the handheld to save space.
