Yeah well, that appears to be the Talkalot extra tariff whereas when you get the sim you can just change it to talkalot

Does anyone know, can I use a sim and transfer my old phone number from Virgin? Do I simply transfer my number by getting a PAC code from virgin as one would with a contract, and will they give me the code free? The 02 sims do seem excellent value, but if I have to pay to transfer my number, which is vital, it loses its appeal!

Officially yes.But anyone can apply as they dont ask any questions regarding your Educational Establishment.

Yes you can port your no to o2,there should not be charge.
