I'm thinking of dedicating a section of our garden to planting garlic.
I've got two cloves in the ground at the moment to see how it goes.
If it doesn't work, all I've lost is 2 cloves - if it does work I'll have 2 bulbs
Which I can then re-plant as individual cloves...
do you see where I'm going with this?.....
Any further tips?
How about drying them and selling them?0 -
SO exited. I planted my garlic after reading this thread. 8 organic cloves, 5 in the south facing front windows and 3 in the north facing back yard. The ones in the window have lovely green stalks already. Nothing at the back yet but my coriander is spreading like wild fire as is the marjoram but not sure what to do with that yet.
My very first gardening attempt. Going very well. Cheers everyone.May all your dots fall silently to the ground.0
