    Have you been into the Post office and asked them? It should have gone straight into your account via online banking and if it hasn't, they their tills should be £200 up. Hopefully its an honest mistake and they will be able to help you.

    Yes I actually know the lady personally I'm off to the Post Office now to ask them fingers crossed!
  • Good luck, I'm always nervous putting money in Lloyds credit point for the same reason, but if you go to the cashiers they always ask you;
    Do you want a review?
    Do you want a loan?
    Do you have a mortgage with us?
    Do you use internet/telephone banking?
    Do you have home/car insurance?
    It drives me mad:mad:

    Hope you get it sorted

    The post office have a trace of the money going into my cahoot account but cahoot state they have not received it and will not do anything about tracing the money from the post office. I have complained to financial services ombudsman and they are going to write to them so if anyone is thinking to cahoot as a bank dont they are useless this is the 3rd time they have lost my money!
  • I'm glad the post office have a record of it, hopefully FSO will sort this for you
    Hope you can change banks too!

    glad that the post office have at least been able to prove you paid the money. Banks often lose it and then find it in their suspense account. Usually if you send the a copy of the post office's paperwork they would be able to sort it.
    They're not chasing you are they on top of their mistake?

    good luck, let us know how you get on
  • Hi Holley :D
