    Excellent thread!

    You know you're a DFW'er when:-

You've stayed up all night on here and read through this whole thread so as not to miss anything!

Try to never buy Morrisons milk at £1.53 for 2.25ltrs when St Ives 4 pints is £1.00 (53p more for just 0.25ltr! Scandalous!).

Always check price per 100g/item for best value.

Some things I won't compromise on though (not yet anyway), must have Nescafe coffee and will not do a number 2 at work to save toilet roll!

That's all I can think of atm.

    Poo

Oh lol I was in Morrisons on Saturday teaching my 10 year old daughter to check out the price per 100g/item for best value becuse we can't compromise on heinz ketchup and then I caught her showing her sister :rotfl:
Kez12 intends to have a frugal 2012 and bust that debt:j there's certainly plenty of it!

.. when you have a small sticker on your credit/debit card(s) saying "DFW" to remind yourself :o Anyone else do this?
That's a new one, I've heard of putting a credit card in the freezer.

    I've got another couple
    • when you feel sick seeing your friends throw food away
    • so said friends give you the food to make something out of
    • when you've gone through this thread with a notepad at the side of laptop
    • when you've made a note of someone saying the Boots 75% off sale is 13th Jan
    • when you recognise the avatar's as those of people you 'know'
    • can calculate in your head whether its better value to get decent stuff on offer or own brand
    • you know where sells Stardrops cheapest

When you actually look forward to receiving your credit card statements!

I wonder if I am saving any petrol by parking 50yards away from my house because of the snow? - well, it's 700yds less I've had to drive over the last 7 days!

    Poo

P.S. I have recently found out that if I pay £20 off my debt now it will save me £75 of interest over the life of the debt! Therefore, every £20 I recieve from surveys and clicks etc will be worth so much more in my eyes till my debt is gone! Yay!
