CapQuest EEEK!!!

A debt off mine has been passed on to CapQuest, what is the best way to deal with them. I do acknowledge the debt and am willing to pay it, I'm just broke and need a bit of time to pay it. I've heard bad reports about these and would appreciate advice on constructing a letter to keep them at bay.:eek::eek:
I am at a Crossroads in my life and deciding which path to take:coffee:

  • Hi One of my debts was passed on to them, I sent a soa and a letter explaining what I could pay and I have to be fair they accepted, so I am pleased about that I had heard that they are a nightmare to deal with.
If I was you don't ring them just send them a letter and see how you get off.
Try not to worry they can't have what you haven't got.
    Good luck
