Sainsburys in Satines had a lot yesterday too. I bought 8 packs of wipes for free.

Disappointingly though Tesco refused 2 Huggies coupons on Saturday????because i hadn't bought the product. I usually do buy Huggies but I needed to save buying nappies until later this week - I would have been gutted if I didn't need to buy huggies. Is tehre a policy about coupons in Tescos

Well, that's the eternal question to which the answer is yes and no.

Yes there is a policy, they are 'supposed' to accept one of each coupon if you haven't bought the product (not Tesco's own or other Supermarket logo coupons though, only manufacturers' ones e.g. like the Huggies coupons).

But no, many stores don't know or care about what the policy may be, and other stores do know but continue to deny it (can you tell I have asked in such stores, politely and with knowledge of the policy and some stores still just won't budge).

Even worse, if you call Dundee CS to ask for help, more than half the time you'll get a wrong answer as they don't seem to get which coupons you are asking about and then don't know the answer anyway!

But in your case, just try another SA or another store, on another day. You'll certainly make use of those Huggies coupons between now and August so no need to panic.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Does anybody know what the value is of the cow and gate baby balance coupons in this months Prima Baby & Pregmancy mag? I couldn't tell as it was still in the plastic wrap.
There's just one coupon worth 50p.

There's a thread for all magazine coupons here, BTW, which is constantly updated, so worth a look so you don't miss out on any offers. :)

I handed in 2 huggies coupons today but the sa said 'HAVE YOU BOUGHT THESE'? (I wouldn't say she was shouting but she'd do well on the stage). No, says I. Well you can't use them then, says she whilst looking round for someone. Well they worked fine the other day, says I, try it - and thank God she did - well one of them anyway. Gulp, can someone put the kettle on as I'm fairly traumatised.
