Sold My Flat!

Hi!
GG is happy this afternoon - have sold flat via the auctioneers post auction marketing! Got the reserve price and have exchanged contracts and have 10% deposit paid over (well not to me but to auctioneers!).
Couldn't find the daily chat thread but this is so nice for me thought I'd start one all of my own!!!! Here ends 3 and half years of legal hell!
