    I just keep getting stonewalled though, they are NOT budging. They are not recognising the 24 statutory days' holiday, saying instead that I have 20 days plus bank holidays (which they will not take into consideration in calculating annual leave) plus 5 floating days (which are considered a 'perk' after long service and can be taken in isolation, not to be included in my annual leave entitlement calculation) And they still keep banging on about the fact that I am not physically working up to the 29th as having some standing on the situation. Dilligent as I am, I have come in to work today even though I was going to sack it off out of spite.

    I'm thinking about writing a letter threatening tribunal action or some such. This is a whole new realm for me though, Any advice?

    What a sh!tty sour note to end 3 and a half years of carrying this Mickey Mouse outfit practically singlehandedly...

    You should raise a formal written grievance first through the company's grievance procedure.
