Indoor Ice Fountains-stockists in Lancashire?

 Where in Lancashire can I get indoor ice fountains? I would like to get them locally rather than get them mail order from a mail order firework supplier. Ice fountains are basically a tube with a spike which are pushed onto a cake or dessert and the top is ignited;it emits a smokeless shower of silvery cool fallout sparks for about 30-40secs and makes an interesting alternative to birthdaycake candles and are safer than indoor sparklers placed on cakes and the everpresent risk of burns from the hot wires when they are removed afterwards. Kimbolton Fireworks do them,Planet Fireworks do them and Boomtime Fireworks and Britannia Fireworks also do them but I cannot find a stockist near to me. Does anybody know?:money:

Funnily enough i saw these in Sainsburys today, next to all the paper plates and napkins as part of their wedding range. I picked them up to look at because I didnt know what they were and somehow thought they involved real ice!
