Yeah, me too!

However, are the MSE staff as good with their money as Martin, or are they guilty of financial sins too?:money:

From what i've seen, Martin's staff enjoy a good bargain too. When the team came here to film me we needed some jars to put the homemade bath salts in so off to Tesco we went. We were trying to find the cheapest jars possible and stumbled upon some christmas chutney that had been reduced to just 10p a jar. All three of us stood dancing in the aisle at our wonderful bargain lol!

Then it was back to my house where we scooped out the disgusting chutney stuff (even the dogs wouldnt have eaten it) chucked the jars in the dishwasher and they were as good as new.... well they were after Laura spent an hour scrubbing the labels off!

So I'd say they like their moneysaving as much as the rest of us! :D

I'm thinking - should I go for one of these? The problem is I'm not a journalist, and I haven't lifted a video camera for a while, just a still camera...

Might just throw in a CV for the heck of it...
• RUNNER – Five’s It Pays to Watch

An exciting full time opportunity for someone to gain an entry level position to Martin Lewis’ prime time television show It Pays To Watch. You need not have television experience but you will need bags of energy and enthusiasm, especially for Money Saving!

Location: The runner works mostly in the Shepherds Bush office (centre/west london)

Job Role: Book the audience and source the props for the programme, assist the team, and as you probably guessed, when things need grabbing – to go get them. It is busy, the work is varied and the environment lively and fun.

Length of Time: The current series is commissioned until the end of May and this job lasts until then

If you’d like to apply or enquiry send your CV and why you’d like to be a runner to the Series Producer, Charlotte Winby – jobs@moneysavingproductions.com.

PS From Martin.

Getting into the media isn’t easy; this job is only going to be advertised on the site as I wanted to give a MoneySaver the leg up and opportunity to join the team.

It’s an entry level job, but we’re looking for an intelligent keen person who can grow with the role. TV budgets aren’t the biggest so the salary isn’t huge; but it could be an exciting opening for the right person.

Hi folks,

This is a full time job; I know it went in the student board (amongst others) as many recent graduates use it.
