First Win!!

Ok, I know this is technically not my first win since last year I won a voucher code for 1pound off any purchase of fudge but frankly:
a). I am not a fan of fudge [this is the most polite way to put it
]
b). I did not use the voucher [ see a). for explanation]
c). Because, well...you have to have a c).
Anyway, to cut a long story short: Last year I entered a whole bunch of Betty Bookmark competitions thanks to posts by kbh401 and kipper. I must have done this right before hitting the sack because my dreams that night were filled by a frightening and horrid woman called....yep, you guessed it....BETTY BOOKMARK!!!! :eek: I mentioned this the following day HERE and HERE.
I am now happy to report that Betty Bookmark is NOT a scary woman but are a bunch of lovely, friendly people! I know this because, quite recently, I received a pm from....Betty Bookmark....much to my surprise and perhaps even a little horror! The message said that they had read my comments, found them amusing and if I got in touch they would send us something! Nice eh?
For a while I wondered if they would send a parcel bomb or a Borat Mankini Swimsuit (actually, I'd look great in that), nevertheless I got in touch! Guess what they sent us?? A big parcel containing 2 books, 2 pc games and 2 signed cds!! How cool is that??!! Well chuffed!
Actually, they sent us a parcel the previous week BUT it never got here! :mad: I swear, our postie........grrrrrr!!!!
Anyway, I would like to thank everyone at Betty Bookmark (and especially one person - you know who you are - who had to deal with loads of my frantic emails regarding the missing post) for a fab 'prize'!
Also want to thank kbh401 and kipper - without your posts I would never had the aforementioned nightmare....hang on, should I really be thanking you for that frightful night? :rotfl:
Ok, I better go. Gotta try on my Borat Mankini Swimsuit....lime green is my colour....Niiiice. That's odd....why does it say: Beware: costume may become transparent when wet on the label? Guaranteed (but polite) refusal at the door to the Sistine Chapel? What do you think?
