if you live with someone who works over a certain number of hours you cant claim jsa ifyour unemployed but who pays your stamp, do you if so how if you dont earn, or will they pay stamp for you even tho they arent giving you jsa?

I was in a similar boat red devil. I had to sign on every second week for my NIC stamp.
You might have to get a friendly doctor to give you a sick line at some point though as they said I had to go on a 2 week job seeking training course even though I wasn't trying to get a job at the time. I think they were just being bloody minded.0
