Anyone had dealings with RBS?

Hi. Am about to start a dmp (my payment will be quite low until my secured loan is paid off). My main creditor is Royal Bank Scotland - mainly a loan, balance approx £18,000. Have been reading posts about N.Rock going for charging orders and forcing sales of property, are all banks like this? Is this what happens?

Hi..
None of my debt is with DCAs as yet. Only seriously started seriously looking towards a dmp after MBNA upped the minimum payment. This will now leave me about £250 a month short. My loan with RBS is for approx £18000 & makes up roughly 1/2 my debt. They would get 1/2 my dmp payment-approx £100. Is this reasonable? Or would they just persue a charging order anyway. Intend to phone CCCS in the morning - they're Debt Remedy indicated I could do the low start DMP.LHS No 2220 -
I have a debt with RBS - thus far they have been very reasonable, (I'm doing a self-managed dmp) and have never mentioned Charging Orders even in th early days.0

I have my Mortgage with RBS and as long as you keep them informed I have found them pretty good to deal with... they have let me put payment dates back, pay a bit less some months and make up the difference later....BOI Credit Card = Was £3500.00 Now £0.00
GE Capital Store Card= Was £1800.00 Now £0.00
GE Capital Store Card = Was 1300.00 Now £0.00
Credit Union Savings Now £200.00 :T0 -
Hey,
Three of my debts (loan, CC, OD) are with RBS, and despite me thinking they would be the worst, so far I have had no threatening phone calls or letters from them, so that can only be good!!!
Have PM'd you back by the way,
