    Dont go mad girl. Eat the same, smaller plate, Yes watch the fat content but still have treats, 2 potatoes not 4, Crisps one a week not one a day you know. Life is for living, enjoy. It is look after you heart yes but not the be all and end all. I have a 21 BMI, heart OK but hoping I have beaten cancer.
