Self employed and need to remortgage

I am trying to plan ahead now for when our mortgage deal ends on 01 September.

Situation:
House value £285 - £300, (I think it should be £300 but allowing for valuations to go down between now and September)
Mortgage required £220,000
My Salary £30,000 plus £4,000 bonus

My partner has just gone self employed and started a limited company with the first company year ending at the end of August so we could rush to get first year accounts done. Basically it is looking like he will have earnt at least £60,000, but paid as a small salary and mostly dividends (some dividends will go to me).

Will normal lenders accept us? If I could get a good rate with a normal lender I would like a 10 year fix . Due to my partner being self employed an offset account such as that with First Direct is really appealing.

What do people think our chances are?

BTW we have a good credit history as far as I am aware.
