Anyone know the argos policy?

I ordered a few things from Argos on the 12th and booked delivery for Fiday the 15th.
I phoned later on the 12th and cancelled one of the items-a breadmaker.
Friday came and I got an answerphone message saying that they wweren't going to be able to deliver and it would come on Saturday instead.
Saturday at 5pm I called them and was told it would be delivered today.
It's just arrived and the cancelled breadmaker is also in the delivery, have checked my credit card account and I have been charged for it.
Going to phone and complain will they arrange for pick up or are they nice like tesco and let you keep the item plus refund you? Also have I any hope of getting the delivery charge back since they delivered so late.

had messed about deliveries before myself and they will refund the delivery charge, just make sure you ask if they dont offer!
also it was their fault they delivered a cancelled item, they should arrange to pick it up.......doubt if they are 'nice ' enough to let you keep it.........but you never know!!!0
