Pension Dilema

Ive had to come out of my final salary scheme in December and have just got my figure from the pension trustees. My dilema is, ive also got a stakeholder pension with the Pru, the Pru will accept my transfer value, but am unsure if this is the right thing to do. Id appreciate some advice if you can help.

Dont even attempt this yourself. Pru probably wont accept it anyway without advice.

Most final salary schemes are better off being left where they are unless you happen to have another final salary scheme to move them into and the terms are good. There are exceptions to this but you are only going to get generalisations without further investigations taking place.
