Costco usually only post the voucher booklet to card holders, I dont think you will be able to get this voucher instore... and dont forget you need to be a member to get into this store. and that is the total price...

As Keith posted, it's a voucher booklet which is mailed out although I picked mine up from the store. Again as stated you need to be a member and £411.24 is with VAT.
Just been to Milton Keynes store and they had loads, unfortunately I want the 37" and they've sold out!

I went to Lakeside Essex Costco today, joined up, asked the assistant on the shop floor what the price was, she said £411 and gave me a voucher book.

Picked up the last one (I watch the previous 4 get snapped up while I was standing thinking about it !!), went to the till and it went through at £400 ! 3 Year warranty too.

Result !
