Filled up with petrol for spot on £30 which should last all week.
Bought bottle of Dr. Pepper for 85p as well.
This afternoon I will be using one first-class stamp to send a letter to the council enclosing various bits and pieces so they can reassess my Housing Benefit which I think should be going up.
I am then doing the weekly shop on my brand spanking new shopping budget which I have set at a realistic target of £40 for the week. My calculator is accompanying me, as well as my meal planner and shopping list!
Then that's it. A fair bit today but the rest of the week promises to be quiet. Packed lunches for work, quiet evenings in, although have been invited out on Friday for drinks but might make polite excuses to save a bit of cash.Dealing with my debts!Currently overpaying Virgin cc -balance Jan 2010 @ 1985.65Now @ 703.63

Later this afternoon we are going bowling with some friends also for free with a voucher from amf bowling site ( register then tick small box under address details box & they email you a voucher for up to 6 people mon-thurs for 1 free game, if pre booked ) I will be really tight & sneak drinks in too!

Hi free, PaP and everyone :hello: :hello: :hello:
Sorry if I'm not posting as regularily as I should - I have been busy - called in to work to cover for 'sick' driver, plus I'm at a very 'delicate' stage of negociation in the setting up of my new business.
Anyway - no excuses - I've been 'keeping it low' and although I got paid last Friday I purposely haven't drawn any money yet, so I can't spend any. :rotfl:
Day off today, as I had nother dental appointment   - pleased to report no injection - just a bit of 'drilling'. I've got my final (I hope) appointment next Monday and have been told that I have to have an 'extraction'. I wish she hadn't actually told me, as I will spend the whole week worrying.
Hope everyone is enjoying the 'half-term' - all those lovely children at your feet. :rolleyes:I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.
