  • I have updated the first post with the new acm offers.

Interesting is that there is a 200pts voucher for S&G Spa in the acm and there is also a 200pts spa vouher in the mag this month.

Phone them up and complain. If the parcel hasn't been dispatched yet I can see no reason why they can't amend you existing order.

Thanks, I may do that. It has been dispatached already though, as I thought I might as well get next day delivery as it was the same price as normal under-£40 spend delivery.

It was last year with the H&B ,Quit Smoking and So Beautiful coupons, the shampoo/handwash/shower gel etc all ended up free! Sometimes with money off your shopping too!Mind you putting it through the till was scary......it was SA dependant just like Boots!
I have gallons of shampoo stored away:eek:

Do we still get a pink voucher ,or did that finish yesterday?

I kinda hope its finished as I just want to use up my last ones without trying to spend £10 to get another one:rotfl:

  • Does anyone know what Boots policy on returning non-boots brand creams that have irritated the skin is? I bought the boots olay night cream and it was horrible, it brought me out in spots and red cheeks...thing is I dont have the reciept, I do have the box though which does have the sticker on the side that says boots. Can I return it for an exchange as it irritated?

  • I've had a look at the new offers on the website today, and there a couple of ways of getting the best out of them.

There's 2 for £2 on Boots tissues and it's also part of the 200 points on a £10 spend offer. The glitch on the tissues works in the same way as the previous glitch on cotton wool.

There's 200 points on a £5 spend on haircare products. The cheapest single item is the Toni & Guy Men Only Control Styling Gel which is exactly £5. There are also several other products coming in at £5.49.

There's a GWP on some Botanics products - a free set of cleansing wipes (£3.49). One of the cheapest products is the Botanics Soothing Eye Make Up Remover, which is only £2.99 - so they're effectively paying you for the free wipes!

With the existing 1000 points on premium beauty products, the Urban Retreat Seriously Black Kohl is £6.95 - it works when your purchase 3 of them, even though it says one should be a skincare item. Sadly the £5 Origins foot paddle is out of stock and four other Origins products I found that were under £5 (2 or were only £1 each) were all unavailable.

Hope that's of use to someone! I must stop playing around on the Boots site to see what offers work....

Hi, I have complained to customer services and got a response within a couple of days, chase them up.
