Can anyone work out the rhyme or reason for the way online packaging works?

I've just taken delivery of an order, and the cheap 3 for 2 miniatures of S&G and Sanctuary etc, were all sent in polythene bags. The more expensive items (Urban Retreat), look like they've been thrown in and the boxes don't look that healthy.

And for those who bought the miniatures at 3 for 2 and thought they'd get the gift bag and items shown, (me included ) you won't (as we all suspected later). To add insult to injury, if I'd have bought 9 miniatures instore I'd have received 3 x gift bags. They sent one :rolleyes:

I've already mailed about the illustration for that gift bag and how deceiving it might appear, but to only send me one? I give up lol.

It happened to me and it was driving me mad until I realised. Easy thing to happen after you have cleaned your cookies. The only thing clean in my house is my cookies, too busy reading this board.:D

Which store was this is please?

I live in Liverpool and they were still full price on Saturday and wer on the Mothers day stand.

Also noticd the round P & P gift boxes, were placed around the store, nowhere near the GWP. Also none on the No 7 stand.

Its obvious they had loads in stock and were selling well, but not obvious that buyers were eligible for the GWP, until I told them all of course, then mentioned the illium powder.:p
