When we post a monthly comp do we post it straight there then?

Quite new to this... also..

I saw it was on closed and game over and figured that it was OK to start a new thread.

Are closed threads still looked at closely by compers?!

I don't know about closed or game over as I didn't check there this is an ongoing monthly comp though (even though you put a made up end date in) so it should be on the regular comp board, and not the main board.

As it's already on there, I sent a merge request rather than asking to have it moved

*edit* Just to clarify, afaik the rule is that if it's ongoing - ie no end date, it goes in the regular board. If it's got an end date - ie monthy *until* xx/xx then it goes on here so that it gets moved to game over when it ends

I asked because the link you gave me was a thread that was closed - and also had 8 thanks, so it doesn't look like anybody has benefitted from it
