Letter to stop DCA phone calls

Hi we had a call from MCS (Metropolitan Collection Agency) about 2.30 this afternoon (yes they work Sundays!!) and would like to know how to word a letter to them requesting communication by letter only. We have been paying back a HSBC CC for about 4 years and have never missed a payment (through the CAB) but, occasionally, we get a call on a Sunday afternoon trying to up our payment. I'm sure they phone Sundays in the hope that we may have family at home and feel embarassed into agreeing a larger amount to get rid of them! Thanks for any help.
