21st birthday and doesn't like cake

Help my DD 1 will be 21 on the 25th of this month. Unfortunately she doesn't like cake. What can i do instead. A birthday doesn't seem quite the same without a cake. Can any of you clever people come up with any ideas. She has always had a birthday cake up to now but insists that this year she doesn't want one. Please help me. Thanks in advance.

More seriously - I remember, back in the dim past when I lived in a city, that there were chains of Cookie shops who could produce a large 12-inch cookie decorated with icing, your choice of message.

How about a tall tower of round eclairs? The French have them instead of 'cake' wedding cakes, covered in a tall cone of spun sugar. Very eye-catching. Only thing is you have to make it on the day for the choux pastry to be really nice and fresh, but OK for an evening party.

How funny.
What time was she born.
No she doesn't like cheescake or gateaux or even muffins.
I feel so bad as i usually share birthday cakes with family and friends. Maybe i will make a cake for everyone else to have and a huge cookie just for her. Would that be ok do you think.
