    Is it possible to lower the tone much? It usually starts off needing a mining license...

    No I haven't as ive always just thought its just been life. I mean we all have our ups and downs, times when things get on top of us. Im generally a positive person and just get on with life. Things have been pretty shocking the last 2-3 years and I think its all just catching up with me.
    To be honest I would feel a bit of a fraud going to the GP as there are people who really do suffer with depression seriously and things really aren't that bad
