Anyone recommend a reasonably priced website to buy 250 personalised pens or so?

I cannot recommend any, but if you get stuck, then try keying in "cheap personalised pens" in google & loads will appear including this one in Ebay 170184454859.
They vary in prices & quality in google searches.

We ordered some personalised company pens before Christmas to give away to our customers, we got ours from http://www.emcadgifts.co.uk/ we were happy with their service and delivery times, they have lots of different priced pens, so it all depends on how much you want to pay. We got the Executive Grip Ballpens, the top of the pen is plastic, but the grip part is ideal when you are writing

They are doing free business cards and post it notes at the moment, but beware, you still have to pay p&p.

I used 4imprint.co.uk to buy around 250 promotional pens and received a really good service. I am not sure if I can post codes on here but there are some around if you type '4imprint codes' into Google.
