All In One Printer

I want to buy an all in one printer but unsure which ones to go for and which to steer clear of the cheaper the better as I don't have much of a budget but would rather get one which the cartridges won't cost the earth for!

Can anyone please advise?

Thanks!

I got an Epson DX4400 from Amazon for £35 delivered, the inks are £2.17 each, black and three colours.

EDIT: Inks at that price come from ink.co.uk, but if you do a lot of printing you can get a continuous ink system from bigpockets to fit.

I think most people would agree that nowadays, most all-in-ones would do a fairly good all round job - even the cheapies. Where you'll get stung is buying the ink. Epson ink is ridiculously expensive, my cartridges haven't run out yet but when they do, I'll be buying cheap compatable ones, no doubt you're do the same to save a little cash?

There's lots of resonably priced Epsons over at Amazon as uktyler has pointed out, but check out other makes too to see if there's anything you fancy. Also maybe use a price comparison site to see where you can buy your product the cheapest.

    Good luck :)
