debt recovery firms

Hello

can anyone help me with these firms?

ok - My debts have been passed to these via
powergen & BT

1st off i wanted to transfer gas & electricity for a savings
and went ahead then powergen tell me i owe them 300quid as they
are undercharging me!! doh - they pass the debt over to debt collector.

ok BT similiar thing - i transfer to virgin & then bt charge me for leaving 18month contract early! i owe them 180 & they add 220 for early leaving!

but then the debters add 100 for admin!!! is this allowed???

also i am struggling a lot with a million things to pay each month.
now these guys wont accept minimal payments (IE 30 quid a month)
they have both asked for 50quid) i cannot find the money to do this.

does anyone know my riights here?
what should i do?
