Anyone going to Tesco - think I've been overcharged on makeup

Hello,

I've just been to Tesco and purchased maybelline dream matte mousse (18ml), it's in a glass jar. I could have sworn the yellow bit in front said save £2 which would make it £4.99. However, I've just got home and found they've charged me £6.64. I'm not sure if it's my mistake or there's but I wouldn't have bothered if it wasn't on offer. Does anyone happen to be going in later and could double check for me please :D

Why not ring the store up and speak to customer services - I am sure that they would be happy to advise.

not being cynical or anything but I would imagine if it is a misprice and the OP phones CS they will just say "no, it's priced at £6.64 on the shelf here" and the £2 off label will be gone in a flash! :p

I'll be in tescos tomorrow, if I remember I'll have a look for it :D

A nice £3.30 dtd refund if it is reduced. I would say nothing and go back and check shelf at your home store. We all know how Mr T likes to charge different prices in different stores!

I bought the same item a couple of weeks ago and noticed when I checked the receipt on the way out that they had charged me the full price. I went back to queue up at Customer Services, but luckily I had another look at my receipt and they had knocked the £2 off at them bottom of the receipt!:o Just make sure they haven't done the same on yours.
