Anyone going to Tesco - think I've been overcharged on makeup

Hello,

I've just been to Tesco and purchased maybelline dream matte mousse (18ml), it's in a glass jar. I could have sworn the yellow bit in front said save £2 which would make it £4.99. However, I've just got home and found they've charged me £6.64. I'm not sure if it's my mistake or there's but I wouldn't have bothered if it wasn't on offer. Does anyone happen to be going in later and could double check for me please

Why not ring the store up and speak to customer services - I am sure that they would be happy to advise.

not being cynical or anything but I would imagine if it is a misprice and the OP phones CS they will just say "no, it's priced at £6.64 on the shelf here" and the £2 off label will be gone in a flash!

I'll be in tescos tomorrow, if I remember I'll have a look for it

A nice £3.30 dtd refund if it is reduced. I would say nothing and go back and check shelf at your home store. We all know how Mr T likes to charge different prices in different stores!

I bought the same item a couple of weeks ago and noticed when I checked the receipt on the way out that they had charged me the full price. I went back to queue up at Customer Services, but luckily I had another look at my receipt and they had knocked the £2 off at them bottom of the receipt!:o Just make sure they haven't done the same on yours.
