Ctrl Key won't work

Hi guys.

Both ctrl keys on my keyboard, plus my caps lock key, have stopped working. Now I'ma real keyboard shortcut user, so this is very frustrating!

I've tried swapping the keyboards... but to no avail... so this must be something in my PC itself.

Has anyone else had this? Can anyone help?

And if you've got speakers connected, turn the volume down a bit first!

Thanks for that. Yes, it turned the sticky keys function on - but unfortunately, the ctrl and caps lock keys still don't work.

Have you tried uninstalling it in Device Manager and then rebooting - to see if the problem is still there after it has been "found"?
