ELC are really bad for allowing you to use promotional codes on items which are already reduced, if anybody manages to use one please can you report back what you ordered and which code you used?0

I just phoned them and asked do u get a discount for being a first time customer and the girl said no! also asked were all elc codes only available for full price items and she said yes! so guess im going to have to pay full sale price
