Tried this on an order of £50 but it said the value of items in the basket do not qualify for this offer??

I havent been able to use a single one of these codes online, any ideas why not?

I am spending £28.50, so £5 for delivery seems excessive

There is currently up to 1/3 off in ELC, not sure what items....stated in todays paper but not in conjunction with any other offer. Hth.
