I don't know anything about it....but I dunno, seems like the ultimate Big brother of the internet! I don't think I'd personally like it, I'd maybe consider it if it paid more, but for a "potential" mere £200 a year just seems like they are taking the p*** considering how much info they'd get from you, can't read up more on it yet mind as their actual website isn't working.....not for me anyhows

See below. I hope this helps.Cheers. What's MLM?
Nigel.
One of the fundamentals of MLM is to know what the phrase means. Let's start with what proper MLM is not:- It is not a pyramid scheme, it is not a get rich quick scheme, it is not any sort of scam and it is certainly not illegal. MLM also known as Network Marketing and Referral Marketing, is a home-based business. It involves the sale of goods, utilities or something else tangible to customers. The consumers must want what is offered whether there is an earning opportunity or not. Do not confuse this with a “pyramid scheme” which is unlawful. Just so that you can tell the difference, the usual pyramid scams either offer a product to one person who increases the price to the next buyer and so on down the line, or, there is no product at all, just people joining the scheme and making money from getting others to join their “business.” If you Google Ponzi Scheme, you will get the picture.
People involved with MLM are usually known as Consultants, Associates, Affiliates, Distributors or something similar. Their earnings come from direct selling of the goods or services in the first place and then from sponsoring others into their business. This is where it gets interesting. The referring affiliate gets a small percentage of what the new person earns. This goes on down the chain as they get a small percentage of the earnings of the person that person sponsors. You could sponsor a person you know who then refers three people you have never heard of and who even live in different countries if the company is international. Some unscrupulous people will tell you that if you refer three people who refer three people who refer three people (and so on), you will soon be earning a fortune. They will not tell you that human nature steps in and many of these associates will either do no work or just drop out. It is just something we have to live with. However, it is possible to make more than a good living if one is prepared to work. The business is simple but not easy.
What do you need to look for in a good company?
1: Company management experience with integrity. The owners, directors must have worked in the industry and know what it's like to build a huge network. If the company leaders do not have integrity, their business is not one to be associated with.
2: Timing. The company must be offering products or services at a time when they are in demand. You could be producing the best Betamax videos in the world but their time is up. Now it's the age of the DVD. So the product you are offering must be in demand.
3: A remarkable product. If you're company isn't marketing a remarkable, life changing product then in time people will lose interest. This has happened with many of the MLM telecommunications companies that appeared in the 1990's. Most of them have now gone out of business and the remaining ones are struggling. The fact is, cheaper phone and internet access are no longer the remarkable products they were 10 years ago
4: Pay plan. The pay plan needs to reward the distributors fairly. If part time people can't earn a decent income for 10 hours a week of work then they will lose heart and give up. But if the company will pay them to their satisfaction they will continue to work and build their business
5: A system for duplication. Many of the MLM companies out there do not have a system for duplication. That means that once the friends, family and neighbours have been attacked then that's it. Adios, Au Revoir, Auf Wiedersehen, Goodbye most distributors give upThe mind of the bigot is like the pupil of the eye; the more light you pour upon it, the more it will contract.
