Designer Glasses/frames as cheap as buying from the US

First of all sorry if this is in the wrong place or wrong format but I am new to posting but not looking!
A little while ago I saw a thread for cheap prescription glasses and sun glasses and the general consensus was for cheap original designer makes was to buy from listed Companies in the US. I needed to replace my Silhouette lenes with my updated prescription. The cheapest quote I could get in the UK was £125 and in the US was £70 plus P&P.
I then found a UK based Company called Sight 91 based in Kent, who were happy to match the cheapest US quote on a like for like basis. I have now used this company and I have to say Vanessa (who I think is the Manager) could not be more helpful and their Service is second to none, where the customer is always put first.
From browsing their website it appears that they are very competative against the US market.
Hence my recommendation. I hope it helps.
