I want to write a complaint letter to two companies

I want to write a complaint letter to two companies. The first company is Nokia. As i got a phone from them, as a present. Every time i made a call of someone called me and i put the phone against my ear. The buttons would get pressed, i looked around on the internet and the same problem was occurring. Even the people who got an exchange of the same phone, still had the same problem. So not sure what to say but i'm annoyed about them making a faulty phone.

Second company: Morrison's i was with my mum yesterday (16 Febuary 08), doing the shopping. I was moving the trolley and felt something sharp under the bit were you put the money in, so i moved my hand to see what it was and my finger was cut, it was a 1cm to 2cm cut I went to customer service and they gave me a plaster. But took long to get a plaster.

I have never really wrote a complaint letter in my life.

Any advice, would be much appreciated.

To be honest I can't see that either of the things you describe are worthy of a complaint, from what you've said. I'd conserve your energy for when you have something really worth kicking up a fuss about.
