grocery challenge is great at keeping you focusssed! I worked out that my food budget is the biggest expense now and need to cut back! I also realised that paying cash makes me REALLY thing about what goes in the trolly in a way that cards never did! HTH!!Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! For a family of five with the kids 10,7 and 5. I seem to be averaging £60 a week with the odd small top up in the week say £5. This includes everything from toiletries, household, treats etc.
Probably could get it down a bit further if I cooked from scratch more and tried a bit harder but it is a big improvement.:jMay 2013 new beginnings:j0
