Oh yes of course I was referring to the lender being unhelpful and not the people on here who have been great in trying to help my situation and I am sorry if I didn't make that clear.
I was just so upset after I heard their decision and needed to get it off my chest. Since my last post I received a phone call from my FA who said he was disgusted by their unhelpful and unsympathetic attitude and suggested that I contact the CAB to see if they can add any weight to the situation as he feels they are not fulfilling their obligations to "treat customers fairly". I suppose its worth a go, I have nothing to lose by trying.
