I'm not sure to tell you the truth - They've been recommended to me in order to shift my credit card balances (which I'm struggling with)

Well, let me just say dont go there. First of all because they are a fee charging company. There are debt management companies such as Payplan https://www.payplan.com and CCCS https://www.cccs.co.uk. Both of these are well known companies who I would recommend without hesitation. Dont pay to get out of debt when there are good companies about who can help you for free.

Am going to check them out a bit more, and will be back...

I get the feeling after having a quick browse around, that these folk have a number of websites offering the same and similar services.

For more info, check the whois database, plus Companies house and cross check with a few of the other Fee Charging Debt Management companies, and you may find a picture coming together.

I would be interested to know who referred you to them?

In any case, if you are looking for ways to resolve your financial situation, contact one of the above mentioned companies, as creditors are aware of them and are happy to deal with them. Plus, you can have a chat about your situation and they will offer you good help and advice of which is the best direction to take to resolve your situation.

    Good luck.
