morrisons cereal BOGOF & dvd & voucher

Options
not sure where this should go but go steady on me this is my first find.
morrisons have Nestle Fitnesse cereal on BOGOF so a 99p a box, it has a free Joey dvd inside, but best of all it has a £3 off voucher on the side, the voucher is to be used for buying the Joey boxed set but if you shop at tescos you can use the voucher for your usual shopping and you DONT have to buy the dvd, so i got 4 boxes for £3.97 and £12 in coupons, free cereal and 4 dvds not bad

Official Insert

1. Buy one get one free on Nestle Fitnesse cereal, each with free Joey DVD
2. Each box includes £3 off voucher which can be redeemed at Tescos

Any way of substantiating the Tesco/Asda policy on vouchers. Its always hit and miss with me when I use them.

Would be nice to have something printed to show them and save the hassle.

I have loads of these now! Is it only the Fitnesse which is on offer at Morrisons or do they have any of the other Joey cereals? I am so sick of Fitnesse it is all starting to taste like cardboard!!!!

Also regarding what vouchers are accepted - there dont seem to be any rules!! No two stores or even cashiers seem to have the same idea. It is just a hit and miss thing really - the way I look at it, I try as many as poss and however many are taken is a bonus. In the majority of Tesco trips that I have done recently the 10% of total value rule has applied though.

Tesco keeps changing their policy on coupons and it is different in each store. So just try them. If you try more than one in one go then expect to get refused.

There are loads of threads discussing tesco coupon 'policies' on MSE. Try searching for them to get loads of detail.

Asda have Fitnesse on BOGOF too, £1.78-ish (I think). Look at the back of the shelf for Joey packs, as the ones in front tend to be in newer packaging. :)

I'm actually quite happy munching on Fitnesse - it was eating all the Shredded Wheat that got to me (they had Joey vouchers too a while ago)

    Hi,

i work for tesco, and the OFFICIAL policy for couponsis that you can use one more than you actually buy.

Meaning if the coupon was for beans, if you didn't buy beans you could use one coupon, if you buy one tin, you can use two coupons and so on.

But as has already said, cashiers dont really adhere to this, its always worth handing them over - they will soon tell you if you can't use them all. (and a little tip - if you are friendly and chatty to them, they are more likely to just scan them all in!!) i do if i am on a till - if someone is miserable and rude - i only accept what the policy states.

Petty i know - but why should we bend rules for rude people and help them save money!

    Hope that helps

    Becky

PS- this site is GREAT!! x
