Well, my mobile's PAYG, so I don't think I can take part - I've never liked monthly contracts for mobiles.0

If your an existing Virgin Media customer, ( Broadband, Phone & TV ) you can reduce your tariff to £10.00 per month.
I got a virgin contract last year, then later in the year when cable became available in my area I got their media package.
At this point I was paying £25 per month for 300 minutes and 300 texts. Just before the end of my 12 month contract I got a leaflet saying that as I already had the media package, I could reduce my mobile phone tariff to £10 per month with the same amount of minutes and texts (300).
The only condition was that you keep the phone you already have, which I did as its a perfectly good model. Alternatively you could choose to take a new phone from them ( A fee applied, approx £15-30) and get 100 minutes and 100 texts for the same amount £10.00.
The great thing is that its a rolling contract, so I can cancel whenever I want without having to wait the usual 12 months til the contract finishes, although I doubt I will ever cancel cos £10.00 per month is a bargain.
Also to make sure I dont go over the 300 mark, I reset my call timer and text message counter when virgin text me to notify my new credit has been added.0 -
I'm hoping to hear from Laura one day about a future episode because of my cashback earnings so far.0

I think my boyfriend and I would be good candidates for this. I'm 23, he's 24; we've been out of uni for 2 years working full-time in good jobs. We bought a house last year...
THEN SUDDENLY
Recently it seems like we have no money and we don't know why. Things themselves do not seem to cost more individually but if this is really the case then where is our money going? We have done the budget planner, money makeover, etc. but cannot seem to get ourselves sorted out.
Would be great to get some expert help!0 -
email Laura at the address given in the first post with your phone number and let her know which category you think you'll fit in the above list and she'll give you a call to have a chat.
All of the IPTW team are very friendly and will put you at your ease so get the email sent today!0 -

Don't forget you can call 789 (free with Virgin) to check your balances, that way you don't need to remember to set your message counters!

while i don't have any desire to be on telly, it would be fantastic to have an complete overhaul of my financial situation with an expert to help me through it!
unfortunately i am one of the older "it pays to be loyal" generation.....obviously i've realised that addage no longer applies, so it's my challenge to go through all my bills, finances, and bank accounts, and do a complete overhaul.....i do realise i'm paying far more on my bills than i should be, but it's gonna take time to make the change.....
also, recently finding myself single again means my one wage will have to carry the burden of all the bills, so it's more important i make the changes to keep my head above water...
i'm sure martin lewis would see me like a cleaner would see a messy house after a new year's party!0 -
