yip is 16x Dvdr + and Dvdr - ............ 13.99 for 50 BOGOF ( 100 in total) in PC World.

Can anyone confirm this STAPLES deal please for DVD+R and DVD-R? Also are they TY dye?

Will it be ok to use them in Sony Vaio VGN-A297 (Optical Drive sony DW-D56A on PFS3 firmware)?

Any help will be very much appreciated as I will have to travel few miles to get them.

The last time they had this offer, it was for the +R only. towards the end of the offer they reduced the price to £9.99, still with BOGOF.
I remember cos I managed with some initial opposition to blag some -R as they only had one +R left. , so got one spindle of each type for £9.99.

The -R were the Japanese dye, the + R were made in Taiwan
