Have I messed up re RAC/Tesco?

Following Martin's advice I want to join the Rac using my Tesco points and Quidco. But I think I may have messed up. I applied for membership through Tesco thinking they would send me some form of voucher that I could then use on the RAC site via Quidco. But the form I have received from Tesco is just one I have to send off to the RAC, not a voucher at all.
Can anyone advise me a) if I've gone about this wrong way and b)how I can put things right and get my cashback?

any deals ive ordered from tescos you send your coupons or do it online by evoucher they then send you the relative details or vouchers that you then send or take to the event or like you send directly to RAC.. ive never been able to do a cashback on any of them.. your cashback will be rejected as technically you havnt gone through quidco to get it but do send off your forms to the RAC otherwise you wont get coveredThose we love don't go away,They walk beside us every day,Unseen, unheard, but always near,

You can't join the RAC with Tesco points and get Quidco cashback. It is one or the other. As you have found, Tesco send you a voucher which you send off to the RAC to join up so you don't get a chance to use Quidco.
If you join the RAC via Quidco, you can't pay by Tesco points but you might get cashback if it tracks properly and the RAC pay up.0
