How do you financially disassociate yourself from someone?

Just viewed my OH credit report, decided to obtain it after he got rejected for a finance deal...

Had a shock when it turned out that he is financially associated to his ex girlfriend, especially since he had never ever been aware of her applying for things in joint names.

Anyhow, we need to get this removed as it is almost certainly affecting his credit rating, we can see who has been doing searches on her etc and its frightening the amount of credit she is trying to obtain, and I believe she has already entered into an IVA.

Its completely and utterly !!!!ed me off.

he needs to write to each of the credit rating agencies, although if he is able to access the credit check on-line, there is a dissassociate button somewhere.
If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing
  • It is online, on creditexpert, but cannot find anywhere on there to disassociate online.
