equity release

My mother in law is currently looking at an equity release scheme. Does anyone have any experience of these schemes and can they recommend a good provider. I have concerns regarding the interest rates on these schemes and the risk of falling house prices.

Equity release is a very hard topic to advise on without A LOT of infomation. You are better off talking to a specialist adviser. There is an adviser here who has a lot of knowledge on this subject. email him at doug@hendersonponsford.com . He should be able to help you :)
