CCA requests & DMP - help needed!!!

Hi - I posted this last night but I'm not sure if anyone saw it as it was on the end of another thread.

I requested my CCAs out of interest. All of them have come back except for one - from the Co-op bank which took over northern rock's credit card business about 5 yrs ago. They have sent me two holding letters. I am 99% certain the more I think about it that they haven't got our cca agreement because a few years ago when I needed them to find a missing payment that I had made prior to them taking over, they couldn't find it due to not having access to previous records from NR. They ended up having to put an ex-gratia payment on my account for this amount.

So far so good - but where do I stand when it comes to disputing the debt as we have a DMP? Co-op are the only one of our creditors not to put our interest to 0%

Has anyone disputed a debt whilst on a DMP?

Thank you!
