Asda silly buys!! - please post here

I am not sure how long the pound offers are on for but in the paper it said it was part of a big roll back. So may be they will be around for quite awhile but knowing asda and there constant price changes I really would not be too sure.

asda has pepsi, max and diet at £1.00 a bottle however its also going through at 2 for £1.50 making it 75p a bottle

The biggest roll abck I saw was the brids eye batterd fish portion.

However I do not feel they were worth £2.49 in the first place especially compared to there own brand fish battered fish portions.

But some good deals in ASDA that i have taken advantage of.

Paula (chilled kids pudding/yohurt thing lol) are £1.58 or you can get 2 for £1.50.


And Huggies baby wipes (4 pack) £3.91 or 2 for £9 lol.

Just back from Asda where there's a choice of 4-pack smart price toilet rolls @ 37p or a 12-pack @ £1.25p - bought 3 x 4-packs and saved 14p :rolleyes:

They also had low watt (9 and 11) light bulbs @ 4 for£1, or individually 25p each!

I got chicken breast fillets, 2 fillets per pack for £1. Bought 4 packs...what a bargain! I got a 101 chicken dishes cookbook for christmas so got plenty of uses for it!

just been on moneysupermarket and apparently asda are doing
mr muscle kitchen cleaner for £1.35 or 2 for £1!!!!

Not sure who does the maths at head office but they need to go back to school. Energy saving lightbulbs £1 or .....4 for £1!!!
